Using different methods such as Reiki and Ashati, the intention of the session is to create harmony within oneself, balance the chakras and release mental, emotional and physical blockages that are affecting your wellbeing. The following 50 to 60 min you will be lying on a massage table in comfortable clothes as I start the energetic part of the session, placing my hands on or above your body to let the energy flow. After the energetic part, we will have time to reflect on what came up during the session and clarify any question that you may have. CHAKRA CLEANSING AND HEALING | 45 min SESSION: Chakras are well-like spinning sphere that are energy centers that receives, assimilates and expresses life-force energy. There are 7 principal chakras that spam from the base of the spine to the top of the head: Muladhara, Svadhisthana, Manipura, Anahata, Visuddha, Ajna and Sahasrara. The intention of this 45 min session is to cleanse, heal and balance your chakras. After an initial conversation, you will lay on a massage table in comfortable clothes and for 30 min I will workenergetically on those 7 chakras, placing my hands on or above them to let the energy flow. DISTANT HEALING | 60 min SESSION: In case that you can’t come to the Atelier Samaúma, you can have a Distant Healing. As we are a part, I will connect to you in a meditative state and send you energy healing during the session. All you need to do is to find a comfortable place that you can lay down and not be disturbed. After 45-50 min of energetic work, we will have time to connect through a zoom call/phone to reflect on what came up during the session and clarify any questions that you may have.
